МЕХАНИЧЕСКИЕ СВОЙСТВА U-ОБРАЗНОГО СТАЛЬНОГО АМОРТИЗАТОРА ПРИ КРУТЯЩЕЙ БОКОВОЙ НАГРУЗКЕ Study on torsion deformation mechanical properties of u-shaped steel damper under lateral loads

Аннотация


Для анализа характеристик кручения U-образных стальных демпферов, используемых в сейсмостойком строительстве разработана механическая модель, описывающая пластическое разрушение демпфера и получена формула для теоретического расчета его механических свойств. Предлагаемая модель компенсирует недостатки традиционных формул, содержащих эмпирические коэффициенты. Было спроектировано и изготовлено 40 U-образных стальных амортизаторов различной ширины, радиуса и толщины, а также проведены испытания на однонаправленную нагрузку. Результаты экспериментов оказались близки к результатам теоретического анализа, что подтверждает адекватность теоретической формулы. Показано, что начальная жесткость может быть уменьшена за счет увеличения радиуса дуги, а увеличена за счет увеличения толщины и ширины.
